Physical Prints (Primary Product)

  • Premium wall art posters printed on 220 GSM museum-grade matte paper
  • Professional giclee printing for gallery-quality colour and detail
  • Made to order - every print is produced fresh for your specific order
  • Available sizes vary by design and include options such as 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 16x24, 18x24, 20x25, 24x30, 24x36, and 32x40 inches
  • Shipped worldwide in crush-resistant tubes to 219+ countries

Complimentary Digital File

  • Every physical print order includes a free high-resolution digital file
  • Digital files are provided for personal preview, sizing reference, or printing an extra copy
  • Digital-only purchases (where available) are delivered instantly via email

2. Licensing and Usage Rights

What You Can Do

  • Personal Use: Display your prints in your home, office, studio, or personal spaces
  • Gifts: Purchase prints as gifts for friends and family
  • Digital File: Use the included digital file for personal printing, sizing reference, or sharing with friends

What You Cannot Do

  • Resale: Resell our prints or redistribute digital files
  • Commercial Use: Use in businesses, retail spaces, or for profit without a commercial license
  • Modification: Alter, edit, or create derivative works from our designs
  • Mass Distribution: Share digital files on social media, websites, or file-sharing platforms

3. Orders and Pricing
  • Currency: All prices displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Payment Methods: Credit cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported methods
  • Payment Processing: Secure processing via Shopify Payments
  • Made to Order: Production begins after successful payment and typically takes 1-3 business days
  • Prices subject to change without notice
  • Taxes calculated at checkout based on your location

4. Shipping and Delivery
  • Production: 1-3 business days
  • Canada: 2-3 business days after production
  • United States: 2-5 business days after production
  • International: 5-15 business days after production, shipped DDP (duties and taxes included)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $75 CAD (Canada and US)

5. Returns and Refunds

Physical Prints

Because all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality:

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos - we will replace or refund at no cost
  • Print Defects: Misprints, incorrect colours, or quality issues are eligible for free replacement
  • Wrong Product: If we sent the wrong design or size, we will correct it immediately
  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected window, we will reship or refund

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final once files are delivered. Contact us within 7 days if you experience corrupted or damaged files.

6. User Accounts
  • Accounts are optional but recommended for easier order management
  • Provide accurate, current information during registration
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • All art designs are owned by Haus of Prints or our licensed artists
  • Website content, logos, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • We retain all rights not expressly granted in your purchase
  • If you believe we have infringed your copyright, contact us immediately

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product
