What kind of paper and print quality do you use?

All our posters are printed on premium 220 GSM museum-grade matte paper using professional giclee printing technology. This is the same heavyweight archival stock used by fine-art galleries - it produces rich, vivid colours with seamless tonal transitions and a smooth matte finish. Our prints are designed to last decades without fading.

What poster sizes do you offer?

Available sizes vary by design. Common sizes include 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, 20x25, 24x30, 24x36, and 32x40 inches. Each product page shows the specific sizes available for that design.

How long does shipping take?

Every order is printed fresh just for you. Production takes 1-3 business days. After that, delivery times are: Canada: 2-3 business days. United States: 2-5 business days. International: 5-15 business days. All orders include tracking.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CAD (Canada and United States). For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and poster size. International orders ship with duties and taxes included (DDP) so you will not pay any surprise fees at delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 219+ countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties and taxes are included in your order total - no surprise charges at your door. Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days after production.

How are posters packaged?

Your poster is carefully rolled and shipped in a crush-resistant protective tube to prevent creases and damage during transit. Every print is quality-inspected before packaging. We use eco-friendly, discreet packaging materials.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hausofprints@protonmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because all our posters are made to order (printed specifically for you), we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since production begins quickly after your order is placed, please email us at hausofprints@protonmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. If your order has not entered production yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.

Do I get a digital file with my order?

Yes. Every physical print order includes a free high-resolution digital file of your design. You can use it for sizing reference, sharing with friends, or printing an extra copy for another room.

How should I care for my poster?

Handle with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface. For best results, frame your poster behind glass to protect it from dust, moisture, and UV exposure. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight or high-humidity areas. Our museum-grade paper is archival quality and will maintain vivid colours for years with proper care.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, access your digital files, and makes future purchases faster.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order status through your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
