We stand behind every print we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to make it right.

When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
  • Print Quality Issues: If your print arrives with misprints, incorrect colours, or defects
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling
  • Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window
  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong product or size

What Is Not Eligible for Return
  • Change of Mind: All products are made to order and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind
  • Customer Errors: Wrong size selected or incorrect shipping address provided
  • Normal Transit Time: Orders still within the standard production + shipping timeframe
  • Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows delivered, please contact your local carrier first

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hausofprints@protonmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
  3. We will review your request within 1 business day
  4. Approved requests receive a free replacement or full refund

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final once files are delivered. If you receive a corrupted or damaged file, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
