Made to Order - Just for You

Every poster at Haus of Prints is printed on demand - crafted, inspected, and packaged specifically for your order. We do not keep inventory; we create your art fresh to ensure the highest quality.

Production Time

1-3 Business Days

Orders are typically in production for 1-3 business days before shipping. We operate Monday through Friday, with weekend production available to keep orders moving quickly.

We are closed only on:

  • New Year's Day
  • Canada Day (July 1)
  • Thanksgiving (Canadian)
  • Christmas Day

Shipping and Delivery Times

Canada (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
  • Total Timeline: 4-7 business days from order to delivery
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $75+

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 2 days to 80% of the U.S.
  • Total Timeline: 3-5 business days from order to delivery
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $75+

International (219 Countries)

  • Delivery Time: 5-15 business days after production (varies by destination)
  • Duties and Taxes Included: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping - you will not pay extra fees at delivery
  • Tracked Shipping: All international orders include tracking


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Threshold: $75+ (Canada and U.S.)

Under $75: Shipping calculated at checkout based on size and destination

In Production: Track your order status in real-time
Shipped Notification: Tracking number sent as soon as your order ships

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates
  2. Contact your carrier if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it
  3. Email us at hausofprints@protonmail.com if significantly delayed - we will investigate immediately

Lost or Damaged Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
